Еvrobalkani is an association based in South-Eastern Europe and specialized in the provision of consulting and financial services for the socio-economic development of the region. Our experts are recognized professionals with local and international experience in the development and management of projects financed under European Union and other donor programmes. We deliver to our clients and partners in the public, corporate and non-governmental sectors effective and sustainable solutions.

Evrobalkani implemented, together with partner organizations from Latvia, Sweden, and Italy, the APSES project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union. The aim of the project was to provide a customized non-formal educational support for adults to acquire problem-solving skills for living and working in a changing world as well as better equip educators, mentors, and trainers with informal classroom teaching methods for such skills.

Representatives of the partner organizations Izglitibas Inovaciju Parneses Centrs (Latvia), Campus Lidköping (Sweden), Conform Consulenza Formazione e Management SCARL (Italy) and Evrobalvani (Bulgaria) will participate in three trans-national meetings in Latvia, Sweden and Bulgaria as well as a one-week training in Italy.

In November 2018, three representatives of Evrobalkani participated in a one-week long training in Avelino, Italy, with the participation of the partner organizations from Sweden, Latvia and Italy. The participants learned about different problem-solving methods and techniques as well as participated in practical modules and role-playing games.

On 09.03.2019, a pilot training was held in Sofia with the participation of teachers and representatives of state institutions and non-governmental organizations. The training included  strategies and techniques for problem-solving skills developed during the implementation of the APSES project.

In April 2019, in Sofia, a final partner meeting was held within the framework of the APSES project and with the participation of lecturers, researchers and representatives of state institutions and non-governmental organizations. The representatives of the partner organizations attended a presentation on the Bulgarian adult education system.
