- Project development and project management:
-Project identification and due diligence on potential funding opportunities under donor programs of the European Union, the EBRD, the World Bank, the USAID and other international agencies;
- Project development and preparation of application packages for specific calls;
- Building of consulting teams with the proper qualifications for specific projects;
- Technical assistance for the negotiation and communication with contracting authorities;
- On-going consultations during the project implementation phase for achieving the impact;

- Measures in support of clusters, access to innovation, knowledge and know-how.
