- Ensure access of variety of demographic groups to social, economic, educational and cultural programs;
- Deliver to its clients in the non-governmental and corporate sectors effective solutions for project development and project management as well as framework strategies for long-term development;
- Contribute to the building of institutional partnerships between the public and the private sectors;
- Facilitate the regional and European integration of the Balkan region.
